KANPEKI Shipping Policy
 

At KANPEKI, we are committed to delivering your timepiece safely, quickly, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our official website or authorized channels.
 

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 03–30 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email or SMS notification containing your order details and tracking number.

2. Shipping Coverage

  • KANPEKI currently ships to all major cities and towns within India.

  • For international delivery requests, please contact our support team at support@kanpekiwatches.com before placing your order.

  • Certain remote areas may have limited delivery options; our team will reach out if any additional delivery time is required.

3. Shipping Partners

  • We work with reliable courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post to ensure secure and timely delivery.

  • All shipments are fully traceable, and you can monitor your package using the provided tracking link once dispatched.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days from dispatch.

  • Non-Metro / Rural Areas: 5–10 business days from dispatch.

  • Pre-Order or Custom Orders: May take longer; specific timelines will be communicated during checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Free Standard Shipping is offered on all domestic orders above ₹5,000.

  • A nominal shipping fee (visible at checkout) applies for orders below ₹5,000.

  • International shipping costs are calculated based on destination and weight, and will be displayed during checkout.

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import charges (for international deliveries) are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can track your shipment anytime through our “Track Order” page on the KANPEKI website.

  • If you face any tracking issues, please contact our support team for assistance.

7. Packaging & Safety

  • Each KANPEKI timepiece is carefully packed in our signature protective watch box, wrapped in secure packaging materials.

  • We take every precaution to ensure your watch arrives in pristine condition.

  • In rare cases of visible damage to the outer packaging upon delivery, please refuse the shipment and immediately contact us.

8. Delays & Exceptions

  • While we strive for timely deliveries, occasional delays may occur due to natural calamities, political disturbances, courier service disruptions, or unforeseen logistical issues.

  • KANPEKI is not liable for delays beyond its control, but our team will assist you in tracking and resolving the issue.

9. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, repeated delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we will contact you to reattempt delivery.

  • Additional re-shipping charges may apply.

10. Split Shipments

  • If your order includes multiple products, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.

  • You will receive individual tracking details for each parcel.

11. International Shipping (Optional / On Request)

  • For customers outside India, KANPEKI offers limited international shipping on select models.

  • Delivery timelines typically range between 7–20 business days, depending on destination.

  • Customs duties, VAT, or other import taxes are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be borne by the customer.

12. Change of Address

  • Shipping addresses can be modified within 12 hours of order placement by contacting customer care.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, address changes are no longer possible.

13. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your order tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received it, please notify us within 48 hours.

  • KANPEKI will coordinate with the courier partner to initiate an investigation.

  • While we are not responsible for losses after confirmed delivery, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter.
